Support Group for Parents of Neurodivergent Teens

Facilitated by Kelley York, LCSW. |Virtual | 2x/month | Mondays at 12pm ET

Parenting a neurodivergent teen can be both rewarding and exhausting—sometimes in the same hour. Whether your teen has a diagnosis of ADHD, Autism Level 1, or you’re simply navigating a world that often doesn’t make space for their needs, you deserve support too.

This twice-monthly virtual support group is for parents and caregivers of neurodivergent teens who are looking for connection, perspective, and space to be real. The group offers a mix of open conversation and guided facilitation from Kelley York, LCSW, a therapist with extensive experience supporting both adolescents and parents in the neurodivergent community.

Each 60-minute session creates space to:

  • Share challenges and successes without judgment
  • Connect with other parents who truly understand
  • Learn from group experiences and insights
  • Gain gentle guidance from a therapist who “gets it”
  • Explore parenting strategies that support regulation, flexibility, and connection

This is not a “how-to” class or a place to “fix” your child—it’s a supportive community that values curiosity over criticism and presence over perfection. Together, we’ll hold space for the mess and the magic of raising teens who experience the world differently.

The group meets virtually every other Monday at 12PM ET and is designed to fit into your life without adding extra stress. Whether you join regularly or drop in when you can, you’ll leave each session with a little more clarity, hope, and connection than you had before.

This group is designed to help you grow your confidence as a parent. Led by experienced therapist Kelley York, LCSW, this group supports parents of adolescents and young adults through structured learning, open conversation, and nonjudgmental support.

Vulnerability leads to connection. Share at your pace, but try to stay authentic.

Confidentiality, empathy, and nonjudgment create a safe environment for all.
