Kelley utilizes a multitude of therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, IFS/Parts work, mindfulness, psychodrama, expressive, and experiential while highlighting attachment, Polyvagal theory, birth order, and dialectics. Her ultimate aim is to foster belonging, healing, and change.
She has had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings, including hospitals, schools, residential treatment centers (RTC), inpatient facilities, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), outpatient, and within the community.
As a lifelong player and lover of sports, she values the importance of dedication, communication, patience, and teamwork in achieving success. She looks forward to guiding others as they embark on their individualized journeys of self-discovery, empowerment, and finding their inherent worth.
